Diane earned her bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine after working as a dental assistant for 8 years. She further advanced her career by obtaining a master degree from Grand Canyon University in Industrial Organization Psychology. Diane also earned her Certification in Dental Infection Prevention Control (CDIPC) and CPR Instructor certification recently.
Overall health and wellness is a passion of Diane's, she believes in living the best possible life. She speaks and coaches on various topics related to mental and physical health, infection control, and suicide prevention training. Diane does offer continuing education opportunities for dental professionals on topics such as OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens and suicide prevention.
Originally from Iowa and raised in Colorado, Diane now resides in Wyoming with her husband Matt. She is the mother of 2 boys, Matthew and Hunter. When Diane is not working, she enjoys wake-surfing, camping, reading, and spending time with her family and 3 Dobermans.
DMM International was started after Diane lost a brother to suicide. She now helps others recognize signs and where to go for help. She provides gatekeeper suicide prevention training through QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) to other dental professionals and anyone interested in learning how to possibly save a life.
